The teams met in the FA Cup, with Rovers winning after a replay, while Orient triumphed in the league encounter at Brisbane Road in November.
"It's one you look forward to, but it's becoming a bit of a regular thing now," admitted Chorley.
"It's a tough place to go, more so now the manager Les Parry has got them playing well, so we are going to have to go there and compete."
