Leyton Orient V Hull at Matchroom Stadium - Match Preview

Odubajo touch and go for Tigers tie

Leyton Orient will check on Moses Odubajo ahead of the Capital One Cup clash with Hull.

The highly-rated midfielder scored Orient's opening goal in Saturday's 2-0 win over Crewe but came off during the second half with a knock to his knee, although he said on Twitter he "should be okay for Tuesday".

Manager Russell Slade does not have a huge squad but could opt to rest striker Kevin Lisbie with Shaun Batt ready to return after sitting out at the weekend.

The O's, who are top of League One after winning all four of their matches so far, took Hull to a replay in the FA Cup last season before bowing out 2-1 in extra time at Brisbane Road.

Hull boss Steve Bruce admits next Saturday's Barclays Premier League clash with Manchester City is at the forefront of his mind.

Bruce is likely to rest new stars Tom Huddlestone and Jake Livermore for the visit to the League One leaders and a host of other changes are expected as Bruce refuses to risk his big names.

Bruce said: "We have a really big match coming up against Manchester City at the weekend so we really don't want any injuries.

"That's not to say we are going to hold the competition in any disrespect, but that's the way we are going to do it, so hopefully we will be good enough.

"We want to progress in the cup so we will treat it like we should do, but it gives me the ability to change things around a bit."

Bruce indicated all those who sat on the bench for Saturday's 1-0 win over Norwich are set to start, including new striker Danny Graham and former Newcastle keeper Steve Harper.

But there will be no place for Yannick Sagbo, who is suspended after being sent off on Saturday for an apparent off-the-ball head-butt on Russell Martin.
