The 18-year-old will go straight into Geraint Williams' squad for the game against Gillingham on Tuesday night.
The O's boss told the club's official website: "Aaron comes highly recommended to us by our northern scout and he trained with us on Monday morning and looked nice and tight. He's looking to get his chance with us."
