Slade takes his side to Carrow Road to face a Canaries team lying third in the Championship.
"I'm looking forward to it, the FA Cup is always good as it gets us away from pressure of the league, but it's a challenge against a team in form like Norwich who are really flying," said Slade.
"I want the players to enjoy the experience of playing at Carrow Road and enjoy playing a team who could be in the Premier League next season.
"We'll need resilience, a real focus, we'll need to keep the ball and be comfortable on it and we have to be a threat.
"Any kind of result, even if we bring them back to Orient, would be a great result and our chairman would be over the moon. We know it will be tough but we'll be up for it."
